Hiland Dairy this week announced a recall of some of its chocolate milk over concerns the product has been contaminated with food-grade sanitizers. 

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has rejected a request from Ford and Mazda to avoid recalling about 3 million vehicles with potentially dangerous Takata air bag inflators.

Attention, chocolate lovers: A company is recalling some of its chocolate products after a consumer found pieces of plastic in their treat. 

The frozen stuffed sandwiches — shipped to retail stores nationwide — are being recalled because they “may be contaminated with extraneous materials, specifically pieces of glass and hard plastic,” the USDA said Friday.

Take notice, yogurt lovers: A specific flavor of Lavva’s yogurt is facing a call back over concerns it is contaminated with mold, according to a recall notice posted to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration website this week. 

Heads up, ice cream lovers: Weis Markets is issuing a recall over concerns some of its products may contain pieces of metal, possibly posing a choking hazard.

Not all of these cases have been officially confirmed as aflatoxin poisoning.

The latest recall covers certain model-year 2016 through 2018, and additional 2020 through 2021, Hyundai Tucson SUVs

Certain lots of Sportmix pet food products, manufactured by Midwestern Pet Foods Inc., were recalled Wednesday due to potentially fatal levels of aflatoxin. 

The recall covers approximately 299,000 Cloud Island infant rompers and 181,000 Cat & Jack Infant-Toddler One-Piece Rashguard Swimsuits.  

The recalled hand sanitizers are used "for handwashing to decrease bacteria on the skin when soap and water are not available," the notice read.

King of Fans, the manufacturer of the Hampton Bay 54-inch Mara indoor/outdoor ceiling fans, issued the recall.

The FDA said it reviewed the history of food recalls for the company and claimed that the corporation "engaged in a pattern of receiving and offering for sale misbranded food products."

Heads up, sweets lovers: A popular holiday dessert sold at various Trader Joe’s locations is facing a recall after it was found the product may contain undeclared pecans. 

More than 92,000 pounds of select frozen Lean Cuisine baked chicken meals are being recalled after several consumers complained of finding hard white plastic in the product.

The Japanese automaker said one recall covers 268,000 2002-2006 model year CR-V vehicles in the United States to replace power window master switches. Honda said there had been no reported injuries, but 16 fires reported related to the issue.

George DeLallo Co., Inc. issued an allergy alert on the Publix Bakery 20-ounce Holiday Cookie Platters because they may contain pecans, which aren't listed on the list of ingredients.

A grocery chain in Oregon is recalling specific baked brie products over undeclared almonds, which could prove life-threatening for those with severe sensitivity or allergy.
