Pita Pal Foods issued a recall on various hummus and dips sold under nearly a dozen brands due to possible listeria contamination.

Nearly three dozen CVS Health-branded eye drops and ointment were added to the nationwide recall last week over sterility concerns.

Mazda Motor Corp. issued a recall in the U.S. to fix a software problem in some of its SUVs and cars that can cause the engines to stall unexpectedly. 

Disney recalled its “Toy Story 4” Forky plush toy on Monday because it poses as a choking hazard to toddlers.

Apple recalled about 432,000 15-inch MacBook Pro laptops due to overheating batteries that could spark a fire, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) said Thursday. 

The Parent’s Choice Advantage Infant Formula Milk-Based Powder with Iron was voluntarily recalled by Perrigo Company due to the “potential presence of metal foreign matter.”

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) issued their final update Wednesday for a multistate E. coli outbreak linked to ground beef, which they said “appears to be over.”
