Costco has launched a recall of a Kool-Aid drink mix that may contain fragments of metal or glass, warning customers of the dangerous Kool Aid.

The recalaled playsets can be described as having a solid wood roof with a lookout window, slides, swings, a rock-climbing wall and other play features.

Southeastern Grocers issued a recall for its Fisherman’s Wharf brand Jumbo Cooked Shrimp, Frozen 16-20 count due to "the detection of possible listeria on the product," according to the company.
