COVID-19 has flipped the interactive retail model upside-down.

This year’s holiday rush started early, partly because Amazon shifted its Prime Day sales event from July to October due to the pandemic.

Even as the economy rebuilds from the recession, adding back more than 10 million jobs in just a few months, many jobs will not be coming back any time soon, according to a new Glassdoor report on the outlook of the workforce post-COVID-19.

Bath & Body Works posted a 55% jump in quarterly sales as the coronavirus fueled demand for soap and hand sanitizer, helping its parent company offset another quarter of declining sales at its Victoria’s Secret lingerie brand.
