President Trump appeared to be unimpressed Wednesday night as the first Democratic primary debate got underway.

A spokesperson for the Iranian Foreign Ministry criticized Trump’s sanctions, saying it means “closing [the] channel of diplomacy forever."

“I think the law is clear that I have a four-year term, and I fully intend to serve it,” Powell told reporters. 

Republican National Committee Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel tweeted Wednesday that President Trump’s re-election campaign has raised $24.8 million in less than 24 hours.

During President Trump’s rally Tuesday night in Orlando, Fla., he spoke about China and the tariffs imposed, saying the country “took us for suckers.”

Businesses should support the country that supported them, said Curtis Ellis.

Larry Kudlow declined to comment whether the White House had ever considered demoting Powell.

President Trump said Tuesday he will be meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping at the G-20 summit later this month amid the ongoing trade war between the U.S. and China.

Earlier in the day, Draghi said the ECB was ready to cut interest rates, if the economy needed it.

The U.S. trade agency begins on Monday seven days of hearings on proposed new tariffs on China.

Trump is expected to kick off his campaign on Tuesday in Florida.
