According to a recent survey conducted by Survata, more than 70 percent of employees want their companies to improve how they communicate information."Companies are investing substantial resources to create great corporate cultures and employee experiences, yet they are using outdated and ineffective methods to communicate with their employees," Keith Kitani, cofounder and CEO of workplace communications platform GuideSpark, said in a press release about the study.Employees expect communications from their employers regarding a wide variety of subjects, including healthcare enrollment details and Department of Labor regulations.
