New video footage shows North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un reportedly crying over the lack of economic growth in the Hermit Kingdom while surveying its coast amid Pyongyang’s efforts to negotiate with the United States.

President Trump signed a memorandum in late March announcing the administration would take steps to protect domestic technology and intellectual property from China’s “discriminatory and burdensome” trade practices.

The talks indicate that planning for the historic summit, initially scheduled for June 12, is moving ahead after Trump called it off last week in a letter to the North's leader, Kim Jong Un.

Trump last week pulled out of the summit with Kim, planned for June 12 in Singapore, before announcing he had reconsidered and that U.S. and North Korean officials were meeting to work out details.

The president cancelled the meeting, scheduled for June 12, on Thursday citing threats from Kim.

Chang said China has blatantly busted U.N. sanctions by its dealings with North Korea.
