Wheat, corn, and soybeans higher, oats lower on the CBOT; beef and pork mixed on the CME.

Grain futures were mostly higher Wednesday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for September delivery was up 8.50 cents to $5.02 a bushel; December corn rose 4.50 cents to 3.8325 a bushel; December oats lost 2 cents to 2.4425 a bushel; while November soybeans gained 11 cents to $9.5325 a bushel.

Beef and pork were mixed on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. October live cattle was off .03 cent to $1.4817 a pound; August feeder cattle rose .17 cent to $2.1412 a pound; while October lean hogs lost .575 cent to $.66775 a pound.
