Perficient Inc. (PRFT), down $3.17 to $15.84

The information technology consulting company lowered its second-quarter and full-year guidance because of customer delays.

Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Ltd. (AOSL), down 59 cents to $8.35

The semiconductor company said just over 3.5 million shares of common stock were tendered at or below a set Dutch Auction price.

Oculus Innovative Sciences Inc. (OCLS), up 7 cents to $1.57

The health care company received a new U.S. patent aimed at treating an inflammatory skin condition for its Microcyn system.
