Grain higher on the CBOT, beef lower and pork lower on the CME

CHICAGO – Grain futures were higher Monday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for July delivery was unchanged at $5.11 a bushel; July corn was 2.25 cents higher at $3.6775 a bushel; July oats were unchanged at $2.4850 a bushel; while July soybeans gained 3.25 cent to 9.5650 a bushel.

Beef lower and pork were lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

June live cattle was .67 cent lower at $1.5185 a pound; August feeder cattle was 1.45 cents lower at $2.1695 a pound; June lean hogs lost .65 cent at $.8270 a pound.
