A Tale of Two Retailers: Walmart and Costco

Is it time to be a full-on bull? Well, let me go half-way and say, it’s probably not a time to be a bear.

I base that on the fact that the downtrend has been snapped…but sharp overhead resistance remains.

It’s going to be an interesting last few months of 2015.

Companies like Wal-Mart Stores (NYSE:WMT) have been struggling, but Costco (NASDAQ:COST)? Boy, that’s the opposite side of the coin.

I like buying stocks that are strong. Gap ups are the only exception. Then, I like to wait until a stock comes back and fills the prior gap.
