Porsche built a life-sized 911 Turbo out of giant Legos

It may not be road legal, but Porsche used large Lego bricks to build a replica version of the 911 Turbo.

The German sports car maker, a division of Volkswagen, didn’t use actual Legos. It constructed the car out of large pieces resembling the popular toy bricks.

The Lego-like 911 is a life-sized version of the same car that Lego sells as part of its Speed Champions product line. The kit costs about $30. A real Porsche 911 Turbo has a starting price of around $162,000.

The Lego Big Brick 911 Turbo 3.0 is on display at the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart, Germany.
