On Thursday, Norwegian Air announced it will cancel most of its flights from Europe to the U.S. but that it will still operate between London and the U.S.

The White House later acknowledged Trump's policy does not prevent Americans from traveling from Europe.

COVID-19 has infected 118,332 people worldwide and killed 4,292. The outbreak has caused the Trump administration to ban travel to and from the most heavily impacted regions.

The rideshare giant announced Wednesday it may suspend the accounts of drivers and passengers who have been diagnosed or exposed to the potentially deadly respiratory illness.

The cruise line operates two ships that had outbreaks of coronavirus, leaving thousands of passengers stranded. The pause in operations will impact voyages departing March 12 to May 10, the company said.
