Apple (AAPL) to the rescue! The stock saw its biggest gain in five months Wednesday, the day after it announced new gadgets. Apple is the biggest stock in the NASDAQ and S&P, helping to push those indices higher yesterday, as the Dow industrials rose 55 points.
