Shutterfly and Kodak are walking away from a legal battle that erupted after Shutterfly bought Kodak's online photo service.

While Kodak was in bankruptcy, Shutterfly purchased Kodak Gallery for nearly $23 million. Later, Kodak launched the new 'My Kodak Moments' social-networking app. That led to a lawsuit from Shutterfly, which claimed the app violated the deal's no-compete clause. The two have now resolved the lawsuit.
Meanwhile, there's another sign of growth in the job market; the National Center for the Middle Market says companies expect employment to increase by 3.2% this year, a full percentage point higher from projections at the end of last year.
The pickup in hiring is being driven by less uncertainty over how federal policies will affect business.
And SFX Entertainment has completed the purchase of 'React Presents,' a leading producer and promoter of festivals and events in the Midwest.
'React Presents' is known for its two major festivals -- Spring Awakening Music Festival in Chicago and Summer Set Music and Camping Festival in Wisconsin.
