Antonio Brown arrest warrant issued as Florida police told to use caution
Embattled former NFL receiver faces charges of burglary and battery according to reports
Police in Hollywood, Florida, issued an arrest warrant for troubled NFL star Antonio Brown on Wednesday, one day after he was involved in an alleged altercation with a driver from a moving company.
Brown faces charges of burglary and battery, TMZ Sports reported. The warrant warns officers to “use caution when approaching Brown” because he has a concealed weapons permit and “is known to carry” firearms.
"Brown had a firearm stolen out of Dade County in 2018. Officers should use caution when approaching Brown, as he is known for being confrontational when dealing with police,” the warrant says, according to TMZ.

The Hollywood Police Department was not immediately available for further comment.
Brown was allegedly involved in a dispute with the driver of moving truck outside of his mansion. The driver alleged in court documents, obtained by TMZ, that Brown refused to pay him a $4,000 fee for delivering goods he had stored in California.
When the driver attempted to leave Brown’s home, the NFL wide receiver allegedly threw a rock at his truck, causing minor damage. The driver left and informed police.

The driver returned when the moving company informed him that Brown would pay the $4,000 fee plus $860 to cover damage to the truck. However, Brown refused to pay the extra cash, prompting an argument that turned violent. Brown allegedly struck the driver.
Brown and his trainer, Glenn Holt, were accused of taking the drivers’ keys and removing property from the truck. Holt was arrested yesterday for his role in the incident.
The incident occurred days after Hollywood police responded to a domestic dispute between Brown and his former girlfriend. Brown used vulgar language toward police officers while live-streaming the incident, prompting Hollywood police to return a donation he made to its seven-on-seven football league.
Brown had a tumultuous offseason, forcing a trade from the Pittsburgh Steelers to the Oakland Raiders and then demanding his release following clashes with management. The New England Patriots signed Brown, only to release him after one game after multiple women accused him of sexual misconduct. The NFL's investigation into the allegations has yet to conclude.
