Woman Shames Florida Gov. Scott at Starbucks

Florida Gov. Rick Scott was served a venti verbal latte at a local Gainsville Starbucks (NASDAQ:SBUX) on Tuesday after a woman publicly shamed the Republican governor for having rejected plans to expand state spending initiatives such as the Medicaid program.

The incident, reported by the Miami Herald and captured on camera by a man identified as Stephen Bender, shows the woman yelling at Governor Scott.

“You cut Medicaid so I couldn’t get Obamacare,” the woman told the shocked governor as he was paying for his drink.

She went on to say the Governor doesn’t care about working people and shouted, “you should be ashamed to show your face around here.”

Scott responded to the woman defending his administration by suggesting his governorship created a million jobs.

"A million jobs?" the woman responded. "Who here has a great job or looking forward to finishing school? Do you really feel like you have a job coming up?"
