Democrats are out of ideas, so they sued the Trump campaign: Kennedy
FBN’s Kennedy on the DNC’s lawsuit against the Trump campaign.
Breaking news: Democrats are all out of ideas, so they're resorting to parlor tricks and poodle fakery to win the midterms!
When the Mueller investigation is too slow for quick fundraising, and your national committee is broke, the worst thing to do is signal to the world you're all out of great ideas, so you rely on the flimsy Doug Llewelyn method and you take ‘em to court.
The DNC only has about $400,000 in cash on hand, so they're going to grease the palms of opportunistic lawyers with what's left of their "crumbs" by suing Russia, Wikileaks, the Trump campaign, the Trump family and others who may be loosely tied to a potentially non-existent cabal that forced Hillary Clinton to seem like an unlikable shrew.
For fans of transparency, it could provide a treasure trove of gossipy digital nuggets if both sides are forced to turn over servers, documents, jack-hammered Blackberries and borscht recipes. It's doubtful the stunt will ever get that far.
And that's probably why notable leftists like Jackie Speier and David Axelrod have dismissed the whole thing as shark-jumping chicanery that would make poor Fonzi spin in his watery grave.
