Williams Cos. Raises Quarterly Dividend 44% To 58 Cents a Share

Williams Cos. said Wednesday it is raising its quarterly dividend by 44% to 58 cents a share. The provider of infrastructure to natural gas and natural gas products said the new payment will be made March 30 to shareholders of record as of close of business March 13. Shares were not yet active in premarket trade but are down 14% in the last three months, while the S&P 500 has gained 1.4%.
