White House Says American Woman Held Hostage By ISIS Is Dead

The White House said Tuesday that Kayla Mueller, the American woman held hostage by ISIS, has died. In a brief statement, President Barack Obama said the U.S. "will find and bring to justice the terrorists who are responsible for Kayla's captivity and death."
