White House Lockdown Caused By Unattended Package Across Street
The security lockdown at the White House was caused by an unattended package found across the street in Lafayette Park, according to news reports. President Barack Obama is not at home, having left earlier to meet with wounded veterans at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda.
