Wall Street opens flat on EU summit uncertainty
The Dow Jones industrial average <.DJI> dropped 9.15 points, or 0.08 percent, to 11,495.47. The Standard & Poor's 500 Index <.SPX> shed 1.32 points, or 0.11 percent, to 1,208.56. The Nasdaq Composite Index <.IXIC> lost 9.22 points, or 0.35 percent, to 2,594.82.
