Vehicle Sales In March Were Third Strongest Since 2006

Vehicle sales in March totaled their third-best month since 2006, according to Autodata. The seasonally adjusted annual rate bounced back to 17.15 million, up from 16.23 million in a snow-depressed February. Truck sales were particularly strong, as Americans loaded up on gas guzzlers.
