Two Funds Involved With Madoff Agree To Pay Almost $500 Million
Two investment funds have agreed to return approximately $500 million they invested with Bernie Madoff. The Herald Fund SPC and Primeo Fund's agreement will take the recovery of lost funds from the Ponzi scheme above $10 billion, according to a release by BakerHosetler, the court-appointed counsel for the trustee unwinding Madoff's firm.
