TravelClick is changing hands. Private equity firm Thoma Bravo is buying the company for $930 million from Genstar Capital Management and Bain Capital.
TravelClick provides software services to the hospitality industry, with clients including Hilton Worldwide (NYSE:HLT), Loews (NYSE:L) and the Bryant Park Hotel in New York.
The U.S. Postal Service has awarded I.D. Systems (NASDAQ:IDSY) a contract valued up to $4 million. The company will upgrade and expand the Postal Service’s wireless vehicle management systems. The technology helps improve workplace safety and reduce fleet maintenance costs.
Lifetime Brands (NASDAQ:LCUT) has made a deal to strengthen its presence in Europe, acquiring La Cafetiere from the Greenfield Group. La Cafetiere designs and distributes products to brew and serve coffee or tea, including French presses. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
