Trade Votes May Fail As Pelosi Rebuffs Obama's Personal Appeal

MarketWatch Pulse

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi said Friday she will vote against a worker-training bill if it slows down "fast track" authority sought by President Barack Obama.
