Tesoro Refineries Run Below Capacity for Q4

Tesoro Corporation, (NYSE:TSO) the San Antonio, Texas-based petroleum refiner, announced on Friday some of its refineries in the western U.S. would not run at full capacity.

Tesoro said seven of its refineries would run at between 76% and 82% capacity during the fourth quarter of 2010. The refineries typically generate a total of 665,000 barrels when running at full capacity.

The reduction in output is due in part to the Anacortes, Washington facility that was restarted in mid-October, according to Tesoro.
