A solider was shot at the National War Memorial in Ottawa, and the gunman is on the loose in Canada's capital, according to media reports. Canada raised its terror threat level to medium from low in response to online chatter from radical groups, and a convert to Islam drove his car into two soldiers on Tuesday before being shot dead by police.
