Ryan Invites Obama To Deliver State Of The Union On Jan. 12

House Speaker Paul Ryan invited President Barack Obama to give the State of the Union address on Tuesday, Jan. 12. In a letter, Ryan said "we have both an opportunity and an obligation to find common ground to advance the nation's interest at home and abroad."
