Obama To Speak At 11 A.m. After Historic Supreme Court Same-sex Ruling
President Barack Obama will make a statement about the Supreme Court ruling that said same-sex couples have the right to marry at 11 a.m. Eastern. The high-court's 5-to-4 decision comes less than 24 hours after the court ruled Thursday that tax subsidies under Obamacare are constitutional.
