No New Reform Proposals For Greece, EC Says

The European Commission's President, Jean-Claude Juncker, does not plan to release new reform proposals for Greece on Monday, a spokesperson told MarketWatch Monday. The statement contradicts comments from Pierre Moscovici, EU Commissioner for Economic and Financial Affairs, reported earlier Monday by Dow Jones Newswires. Moscovici had said Juncker would put forward the new proposals at noon in Brussels. After that report, Moscovici said in a post to Twitter that "the most recent proposals from the EU Commission are known and published". He noted that Juncker is scheduled to hold a press conference at 12:45 p.m. on the way forward for Greece.
