According to a press release issued late Monday night, Capital One Financial Corporation announced a suspect who infiltrated their system and exposed millions of people’s personal information was arrested by the FBI. Per a press release, the banking giant said no credit card numbers or log-in credentials were exposed and more than 99 percent of Social Security numbers were not exposed.

The 32-year-old accuser claims the former financier and convicted pedophile facing child sex charges sexually abused and raped her in his Upper East Side home townhouse in 2002 and 2003, according to the report, which sources a court filing. The Post said the accuser’s legal team is seeking to depose Epstein to learn the identity of the young woman who allegedly recruited her and took part in “grooming” her “to be sexually assaulted by Epstein.”
