Mid-Market Update: Nature's Sunshine in China Pact

GoPro (NASDAQ:GPRO) has been a high flyer since the company went public on the Nasdaq last week. Shares of the maker of wearable sports cameras have jumped 49% since its initial public offering.

GoPro raised $427 million after selling nearly 18 million shares at $24 each, valuing the whole company at about $3 billion.

Nature's Sunshine has formed a joint venture to market and distribute its products in China.

The company is teaming up with Shanghai-based Fosun Pharma in a deal valued at just over $46 million.

Fosun will acquire a 15% stake in Nature's Sunshine, which makes natural health supplements.

And Viggle has acquired Choose Digital, a digital marketplace platform, in a bid to strengthen its rewards and loyalty program.

Viggle will be able to use Choose Digital's technology to offer digital media rewards and free entertainment including music, audiobooks, TV and movies, to its members.
