Man Decapitated In Apparent Islamist Attack In France: Reports

One person has been decapitated and several injured in an attack on an industrial-gas plant in Saint-Quentin-Fallavier in south-east France, local media reports said Friday. A loud explosion at the Air Products building went off at 9:50 a.m. local time, after a car burst onto the site, the Dauphin� Lib�r� reported. Two assailants were involved, one of which brandished Islamic flags, the newspaper said. The head of the victim was found several feet from the body, attached to a fence. Police have surrounded the area, and a man has been taken in for questioning, reports said.
