Making Sense of a See-Saw Market

There are a LOT of crosswinds with this market, as every day seems to bring a new gust. How to make sense of it? I’d just look for the next breakout: it’ll tell you exactly which camp is in charge.

I’ve looked at Tesla Motors (NASDAQ:TSLA) in the past and pretty much avoided it for the past few months. But now I think might be the time to get back in.

Target (NYSE:TGT) has had a good run since I recommended it last November. If you didn’t get in, though, now’s your time.
