Keurig Acquiring Remaining Portion Of Bevyz For $220 Million

Keurig Green Mountain Coffee Roaster said Thursday it is acquiring the remaining portion of MDS Global Holding ("Bevyz") that it doesn't already own for $220 million in cash. Keurig currently owns 15% of the company which developed a single portion multi-drink system.
