Grain mixed the CBOT, cattle lower and pork higher on the CME

CHICAGO – Grain futures were mixed Wednesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Dec delivery was unchanged at $4.76 a bushel; Dec corn was 2 cents higher at $3.2750 a bushel; Dec oats were unchanged at $3.3275 a bushel; while Nov soybeans declined 1.25 cents to $9.36 a bushel.

Beef lower and pork higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Dec live cattle was .02 cent lower at $1.5870 pound; Oct feeder cattle was .55 cent lower at 2.2960 a pound; Dec lean hogs advanced .45 cent to $.9570 a pound.
