Grain mixed on the CBOT, livestock higher on the CME

CHICAGO – Grain futures were mixed Monday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Mar delivery unchanged at 6.1075 a bushel; Mar corn was .75 cent lower at $4.14 a bushel; Mar oats were unchanged at $3.06 a bushel; while Mar soybeans rose 8.5 cents to $10.6250 a bushel.

Beef and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Feb live cattle was up 1.63 cents to $1.6410 a pound; Mar feeder cattle was 3.85 cents higher at 2.1575 a pound; Feb lean hogs rose .05 cent to $.8160 a pound.
