Grain mixed on the CBOT, cattle and pork mostly higher on the CME

CHICAGO – Grain futures were mixed Monday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Mar delivery was unchanged at $6.3225 a bushel; Mar corn was .50 cent higher at $4.11 a bushel; Mar oats were unchanged at $3.1050 a bushel; while Mar soybeans gained .50 cent at $10.39 a bushel.

Beef and pork were mostly higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Feb live cattle was 1.10 cents higher at $1.6120 a pound; Mar feeder cattle was .78 cent higher at 2.1875 a pound; Feb lean hogs rose .30 cent to $.8220 a pound.
