Grain mixed on the CBOT, beef lower, pork lower on the CME

CHICAGO – Grain futures were mixed Wednesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery was unchanged at $5.2175 a bushel; March corn was 2.25 cents lower at $3.8575 a bushel; March oats were unchanged at $2.75 a bushel; while March soybeans gained 3.25 cents at $9.7225 a bushel.

Beef was lower and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

April live cattle was .47 cent lower at $1.5330 a pound; March feeder cattle was .12 cent lower at $2.0190 a pound; April lean hogs lost 1.87 cents to $.6470 a pound.
