Grain mixed on the CBOT, beef and pork lower on the CME

Grain futures were mixed Monday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery was unchanged at $5.02 a bushel; May corn was 2.5 cents lower at $3.78 a bushel; May oats were unchanged at $2.7775 a bushel; while May soybeans gained 2.75 cents to $9.7675 a bushel.

Beef and pork were lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

June live cattle fell .87 cent to $1.4440 a pound; May feeder cattle was 2.07 cents lower at $2.0765 a pound; June lean hogs lost .92 cent to $.7450 a pound.
