Grain lower on the CBOT, beef higher, pork mostly higher on the CME
Grain futures were lower Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for May delivery unchanged at $5.0050 a bushel; May corn was 1.75 cents lower at $3.8675 a bushel; May oats were unchanged at $2.7450 a bushel; while May soybeans lost .75 cent to $10.2575 a bushel.
Beef was higher and pork mostly higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
April live cattle was 1.40 cents higher at $1.5120 a pound; March feeder cattle was 1.95 cents higher at $2.0225 a pound; April lean hogs lost .15 cent to $.6700 a pound.
