Grain higher on the CBOT, cattle mixed and pork higher on the CME

Grain futures were higher Monday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Dec delivery was unchanged at $4.8575 a bushel; Dec corn was 4.25 cents higher at $3.2750 a bushel; Dec oats were unchanged at $3.4225 a bushel; while Nov soybeans gained 23.75 cents to $9.36 a bushel.

Beef was mixed and pork higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Dec live cattle was .03 cent higher at $1.6590 pound; Nov feeder cattle was 1.17 cents lower at 2.3980 a pound; Dec lean hogs gained 1.68 cents to $.9470 a pound.
