Grain higher on the CBOT, cattle and pork higher on the CME

Grain futures were higher Monday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Dec delivery was unchanged at $5.1450 a bushel; Dec corn was 1.75 cents higher at $3.6925 a bushel; Dec oats were unchanged at $3.3875 a bushel; while Jan soybeans gained 11.25 cents to $10.48 a bushel.

Beef and pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

Dec live cattle was 1.02 cents higher at $1.6782 pound; Jan feeder cattle was 1.35 cents higher at 2.3380 a pound; Dec lean hogs gained .63 cents to $.8940 a pound.
