Grain higher on the CBOT, beef higher, pork lower on the CME

CHICAGO – Grain futures were higher Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery was unchanged at $5.33 a bushel; March corn was 2.75 cents higher at $3.90 a bushel; March oats were unchanged at $2.785 a bushel; while March soybeans gained 8 cents at $9.985 a bushel.

Beef was higher and pork lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

April live cattle was .28 cent higher at $1.535 a pound; March feeder cattle was .70 cent higher at $2.0455 a pound; April lean hogs fell .52 cent to $.6550 a pound.
