Gas prices drop another penny in New Hampshire, still higher than national average

Gas prices in New Hampshire have fallen a penny per gallon in the past week to an average of $2.84.

Gasbuddy.com, which surveyed 875 gas stations in New Hampshire, says that's 6 cents more than the national average, which fell 2.1 cents last week to $2.78 a gallon.

Gas prices in New Hampshire are 50.2 cents per gallon lower than they were a year ago, and 20.8 cents per gallon lower than a month ago.

The national average decreased 21.8 cents per gallon in the last month and is 49.9 cents a gallon less compared to a year ago.
