The European Central Bank on Thursday said it would begin its previously announced program of corporate bond purchases on June 8. The first operation under its new series of targeted longer-term refinancing operations, or TLTROs, will begin on June 22. ECB President Mario Draghi is expected to be pressed for more details about the corporate bond-buying program in his news conference, which is set to begin at 2:30 p.m. local time in Vienna, or 8:30 a.m. Eastern.
