Draghi News Conference Resumes After Disruption By Protester

European Central Bank President Mario Draghi quickly resumed a news conference briefly interrupted after a protester vaulted on top of a table where he sat reading prepared remarks. The female protester showered confetti on the stunned central banker and repeatedly shouted, "end the ECB dictatorship!" before being dragged out of the room by security. The news conference was briefly adjourned then resumed minutes later.
