CORRECT: Baker Hughes March Rig Counts Fall 693 From a Year Ago

Baker Hughes on Wednesday reported that reported that the number of U.S. rigs actively drilled for oil and natural gas for the month of March fell 238 rigs from February to 1,110. The number of active rigs were down 693 from 1,803 counted in March 2014. May oil was last down 2% to $52.82 a barrel, under pressure ahead of more supply data and news of record production in Saudi Arabia.
