Apple Opens At All-time High

Apple Inc.'s stock opened at an all-time high of $108.01 Friday morning, benefiting from a broader market rally after the Bank of Japan surprised investors with new stimulus measures. The record highs come off Wednesday's all-time closing and intraday highs of $107.34 and $107.37, respectively. Shortly after the open, its shares were up 0.6% to $107.56. Apple's stock is the PowerShares QQQ most heavily-weighted component. The ETF, which tracks the Nasdaq 100, was up 1.5% to $101.51 in recent trade.
